Does anyone know roughly how long refunds usually take to process? They received it on 5th July.

Also as the 7.55 INV-Kings Cross service was shown as cancelled on their website, will I get the money refunded or rail vouchers?

The website said it was cancelled, the station board said it was delayed..

If a train was cancelled and you choose not to travel you can get a full refund.

If your journey is delayed, you can claim Delay Repay as appropriate. The length of time to respond will depend on how busy they are (probably very busy at the moment).

On the day itself, many people here can look up if a train is cancelled or delayed and the details of that. After the day, not many people have that level of access, so you may not get an answer now.
