Thanks for the information, though as Crewe LNWR / Arriva TrainCare isn't a TfW Rail depot, it's better to say that they're in the process of transferring, as they haven't been delivered yet.

They've been leased to them so they're their trains as far as I'm concerned, whether they're prepped at LNWR or Canton makes little difference to me!

On my observations around Lincolnshire recently I haven’t seen a solo 153. . A couple of pairs of 153 but when I saw they had a pass to run them in Lincolnshire I was expecting more single coach working. 2x 153 is better then 1. (Although not as good as 0). Other then that Lincolnshire could still be in EMT era (apart from the EMR stickers on the trains)

Since December I have noticed more 2 car units running around which shows that things are staring to improve on the local side of EMR even with 4 153's going to TfW. The ex GA 156 PA equipment is not compatible with the current 15x fleet. The /9 helps to identify which units are to be kept as single units.

All the 43/0 and Mk3 will be replaced by full LNER sets in the next few months as the LNER sets are more PRM compliant than the EMR sets. The 43/4 short sets will remain for now.

Unlikely, I'd say - I'd imagine they'll just get an 'EMR Intercity' sticker where the Hull Trains logo used to be but happy to be corrected.

There's a small poster on Corby station (presumably elsewhere as well) which gives timelines for the changes to stock. This shows the 180s (it uses that name) as being introduced in what looks like May 2020.
This suggests their introduction will coincide with a timetable change and perhaps infers that it will not be a straight replacement of the ex GC sets on the same diagrams (if it were, why wait 'til TT change?) but that they will be on more intensive diagrams.

Is it though? As nice as rebranding and refreshing stations is to Joe Public, EMR rather unsurprisingly have more pressing concerns...such as running trains, managing stock cascades etc.
Hinckley is so far the only station to get done because it was already in the pipeline for large-scale repair work.
There's no standardised timeframe for rebranding, as nice as one of those would be.
