A pair of model powercars have been done in the interim livery courtesy of an EMR TM, although I suspect it'll be a while before we see the real life version!
Not all of NL06 went: two vehicles (TF and TRFB) remain at Neville Hill.Reported elsewhere that EMR Mk3 set NL06 was sent to Booths for scrap as '5Z43 1545 Neville Hill T&R.S.M.D to Masboro Booths P S' today
Rather fitting headcode..
Apologies, I couldnt find any images of the move so I couldnt check! Any ideas why NL06 was first to go?Not all of NL06 went: two vehicles (TF and TRFB) remain at Neville Hill.

2 are at Derby Etches Park and I believe the other 2 are at Crofton Depot.Does anyone know whether all the Hull Trains 180s have transferred to EMR?
Ok thanks - so does that mean all of them have left Hull Trains?2 are at Derby Etches Park and I believe the other 2 are at Crofton Depot.
Yes, Hull Trains no longer has 180s on its books. Not that you'd be able to see any Hull Trains services at the moment...Ok thanks - so does that mean all of them have left Hull Trains?
The first 170 (170416?) which will be in EMR colours, makes its journey from Crofton to Eastcroft on Thursday.
Do you know whether it has had an interior refurb yet?
It has not, design work ongoing.
I might get use to the full purple livery. The doors look better than the original drawings which shows a more turquoise colour. The first 170 (170416?) which will be in EMR colours, makes its journey from Crofton to Eastcroft on Thursday.

In my opinion, the livery would look a lot better if the entire fleet had silver doors. The regional fleet was always going to be silver doors - it's the electrics that will have turquoise doors!
For some reason I always thought the 170s would have the turquoise doors. Hopefully the intercity and electric brands follow with silver doors as they would look a lot better in my opinion. The regional fleet was always going to be silver doors - it's the electrics that will have turquoise doors!
I will keep an eye out on Friday morning for the allocations. Considering a set has been out for a test run of some sort then RAIL mag could be right.Mr Clinnick reporting on twitter that the first ex LNER HST set to enter service with EMR this Friday. How accurate that is remains to be seen.
