Eastleigh - Bristol Temple Meads help

I want to go to Bristol in July for the Shaun the Sheep Trail (already got 43 of the 50 in London!). The dates I have in mind are either 18th of July if I do it as a day trip or 25th-26th If I stay over.
I think it would be cheaper for me to start from Southampton Central - when would advance tickets go on sale? Any other hints?

They usually go on sale 12 weeks in advance so it would be roughly end of next week.
