I travel from Eastleigh to Winchester for work so have had a rough fortnight!
The original advice was that they would contact season ticket holders (mine is annual) about compensation but I've heard nothing.
I have had 2 days where I didn't try to get the train home as I didn't know if it was possible, 2 days where I didn't travel at all and 3 where I've been delayed by 30 minutes on my journey home as my normal train is cancelled.
Should I put in my delay repay claims and wait for guidance on the other days, or put in a complaint for those or wait an complain about it all together? (my work pattern means I will have a 30 minute delay on my return 4 days a week until they go back to normal!)
