Hi folks,
Planning to head to London Kings Cross from Darlington on Saturday November 9th. Rather than a journey time of approx 2.5 hours, it seems to be an extra hour that day....The delay seems to be between Doncaster & Peterborough.
Anyone know if this is correct & what is the reason?
Been in touch with LNER but not much response from them!

Cheers,
AC

Sometimes not from memory...

They did a year or so ago, as I was on a train from Peterborough-Lincoln and we were held up at Sleaford due to a late running diverted train going along the avoider - which we proceeded to follow at a Snail's pace through to Lincoln..

Think it was a Hull Trains one....:rolleyes::rolleyes::lol:o_O
