Emergency Engineering Work On The SWML?

Is there some emergency engineering work going on, on the SWML this morning? there was a freight train stationary on a bridge west of Parkstone station. Real Time Trains shows as there being a replacement bus service all day between Poole and Bournemouth but SWT's site doesn't mention anything

The lines between Bournemouth and Poole will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday for maintenance work.
The normal train service will run between London Waterloo and Bournemouth.
Replacement bus services will run between Bournemouth and Poole.
A revised train service will run between Poole and Weymouth.
