Having studied the ACWN for next week, I have shown below those
trains that will be booked for slam door stock. RM 403/404 diagrams
have fallen by the wayside, although there is some juggling around
and alteration to others as well. It may be as well to take the "new"
diagrams and dispose of any previous messages.
Down to 16 booked diagrams. Remember that these are for Tuesday to
Friday owing to Bank Holiday, and that this is the last week before
Folkestone - Dover reopens.

Trains that are booked to go over to Networker operation are :
06.23 Ashfod - Victoria
08.18 Victoria - Canterbury West
10.24 Canterbury West - Victoria
13.18 Victoria - Canterbury West
15.32 Canterbury West - Victoria
17.50 Victoria - Rochester
18+58 Rochester - Victoria
20.18 Victoria - Ashford
22.08 Ashford - Victoria
23.51 Victoria - Ashford

There have been a few balancing moves on workings to Faversham and
Ashford, also a couple of changes in the evening to the
Dover/Ramsgate shuttles. RM408 appears to be an "ouslem" working,
being the only one starting and finishing at Dover, although it can
always be changed over at Ramsgate during the day. At present there
are no plans to name 3562 "East Kent Heritage Railway May - September
2005".

Locations requiring 400 stock overnight are :
Ashford : CEP and two VEPs.
Dover : One VEP.
Folkestone : Two VEPs.
Faversham : Three VEPs.
Ramsgate : Six VEPs.
Tonbridge : One VEP.

Undoubtably there will be VEP substitutions "on the day", and these
will be advised as and when they are known.

Colin
