Noted that Sheffield is an outlier in rising mileage (presumably due to Tram-train) but declining patronage and revenue. Bit surprised to see Sheffield towards the bottom of the 'passengers per vehicle' table too. Is it just down to the track renewal works as per the notes, or is there another reason, possibly something to do with other networks having been boosted rather than anything wrong with Sheffield per se?
