Equivalent of "Disputes and Prosecutions" for Dutch tickets?

Is there an equivalence of Disputes and Prosecutions (not on this site, but somewhere that members can recommend) for Dutch tickets? My Dad has got himself in a spot of bother which honestly for reasons I won't go into I'm not hugely sympathetic about but nevertheless would like to know if there is a forum recommendation for that? It's complicated by the fact that the Dutch - well Dutch+Belgian - tickets were somehow joint rail+KLM tickets (Schiphol-Antwerp and return) and I have only fairly vague details about what occurred... my dad's a normie so you get rants rather than clinical facts... (but the basics are taking an earlier train than the booking from Antwerp because experience going the other way "taught" him that he needed an earlier train to have enough time at Schipol and KLM - as he tells it anyway - have charged extra for that on arrival at Schiphol).

Can’t answer your question, but these tickets are only valid on the booked Eurostar train. If you want to travel earlier or later you can change the ticket via KLM but there may be an additional charge (presumbly driven by the relevant Eurostar price).

Eurostar? This is Schipol-Antwerp (and reverse), sorry if that wasn't clear.

In any case I'm going to let my dad get on with it. Reading between the lines in the full circumstances of the journey he did not cover himself in glory - frankly behaving like a bit of a dick (once provoked I should stress) - and he's ignoring what advice I have given.

I don’t think we have a proper disputes section on any relevant forum in the Netherlands. I’ve seen this kind of threads on the NS forum but that’s about it.

It also really depends on the type of problem he had. Did he need to buy a new ticket or was he fined?

No it was clear. Eurostar operate on that route and, unless something has changed recently, the KLM issued tickets are only valid on the Eurostar departures NOT the Benelux services which also operate that route. Basically the same as specific TOC tickets here.
