Ever had RTVs lost in the post? If so, what happened when you complained to the TOC? Did you get new RTVs sent to you?

I had some lost from LM, but it was only £3 so I wasn't bothered enough to request replacements.

Yes, Virgin Trains happily sent me replacements for some that never turned up.
