What is live under an IET that would not be shrouded or covered over, I just dont get it.
The only thing I can think of is the onboard ETCS/ERTMS equipment (not sure if it is isolated or switched off).

I once did a skate move from cricklewood to bedford on a 319 overnight, it was a long night. FCC's own rsi/fitters were trained to fit skates for moves.
