Im just back from Glasgow central and there is a 57 'thunderbirds' in front of the pendo at platform 1, do you think the pendo has failed?

Everything that goes wrong on pendolinos always goes wrong when I'm in standard class. If it happened on my rare first class journeys (obtained on virgin values, naturally) they would be giving me lots of free food and drink- even more than usual- to keep me happy (or more the people with 1st class open returns liable to buy them again in they're happy).
