Failure of 1700 Paddington-Bristol outside Chippenham 10/12/18

Anyone have any idea what’s happened to 1C23 1700 Paddington-Bristol TM tonight? It has been stood on the Down Main just short of Chippenham since about 1810, and other services are now passing around it via the Up line reversible signalling. It’s formed HST but no other info other than the driver is possibly going through fault finding procedures.
