    Some good shots :) Was the tour Worcester - SVR and back? Interesting to see the units on the Severn Valley, a taste of the future perhaps!

    The tour was Birmingham Snow Hill - Worcester Shrub Hill - Birmingham New Street via the Camp Hill line - Walsall via Soho - Birmingham New Street via Aston and Witton - Kidderminister via Galton Junction - Bridgnorth - Birmingham Snow Hill - Tyseley Works - Leamington Spa - Stratford Upon Avon - Worcester Shrub Hill

    LOL, after every stop :D ;)

    Sounds as though it was a good day, though it's slightly bizarre to see such an impressive farewell tour for units which are to carry on in service for the forseeable! There's obviously much affection for them upcountry!

    Wristbands at the ready... I stuck mine together at a funny angle, and it irritated me for the rest of the day. Good idea in principal... :lol:

    Great pictures Ian, it was nice to meet you and your brother.

    Really good pictures. Wanted to go on that but couldn't get there unfortunatly. Nice to also see a few of my old colleagues on them too!

    Did see someone pulled this green wristband out his Wallet, but mostly spent the day bashing on 150001 with Ian Poole and Trentside, Great Day out! but got to Startford, bashed back to Birmingham on 150106
