On Tuesday managed to at last have a ride on the refurbished Virgin east Coast HST's, on the 09.52 from Aberdeen to London Kings Cross in First Class.
I thought the black leather seats with the red Virgin name looked very swish, and were comfy, the carpets were nice, the lights seemed similar to before, couldn't tell much difference, the toilets seemed not much different, just a toilet,but overall very nice refurbishment.
Don't know what be done to the body of the coaches and underneath stuff, but be interested to know more if anyone knows, my favourite train refurbishment so far, thought the Great western new leather seats are nice but Virgin pip them,
