Hi, I'm not sure if anyone has applied for the above mentioned positioned, which had the closing date of the 9th of March. I have checked the application status and it still says Awaiting shortlisting? Is it normal practice from First to leave people waiting for so long or could I have possibly been rejected without them bothering to inform. Just a little bit concerned.

I had one job application with first where I was waiting for 2 months.
