[FGW] Services Disprupted

Train services between Exeter and Newton Abbot are being disrupted due to a broken down train. Services are subject to short notice alterations, cancellations and delays up to 40 minutes can be expected;

the Plymouth train due to arrive into Reading at 1607 has been Cancelled
