Got an email today inviting me to take an online assessment for a conductor's position with FGW. Done some reading up on here, but is there anything I need to know beforehand?

Do you get a practice test? What sort of tests are they? Roughly how long should be allowed to complete them?

Thanks in advance :)

Just taken the test, but no result as yet. Will be interesting to know whether I have made it to stage two or not.

Snap!
Is it the just the personality test or more as I took a personality test for another position. Apparently FGW's recruitment process can take a very long time to go through.

No immediate response can be given to those type of tests though because they look like they require a HR employee to match your answers against their checklist of ideals.
