FGW trainee train planner interview - what should I expect?

Hi everyone,

Today I received an email from FGW stating that I'd been invited to a "selection event" on 23 March. Does anyone know what will happen on the day and what I should prepare for?

Advice would be very welcome if anyone has any to offer.
