i've just had a delay repay rejected on a journey on 29th November.
I listed one as 15:49 and my wife listed as 14:49, so i must have mistakenly put the wrong time.
Hers was approved and mine rejected.
As this is now over the 28 days time limit to claim, would this count as i new claim or as a modification and therefor ok?

Which train company was it with? Many of them allow you to appeal a claim. So, as you are over 28 days, I would appeal and provide them with the new and correct information and ask them to look at it again on that basis.

It's southeastern.
Is there a website i could double check the running times on? As recent train times only has the last 30 days i believe
