After several rejections and knockbacks i have finally been invited to attend a Crosscountry selection event at Newcastle after applying for the position of First Class Host/Retail Service Manager.
It consists of a numerical and verbal test, team exercise and interview and i cant wait.
Has anyone else done similar and if so, any tips/pointers would be appreciated.

Congratulations. I believe Bonnie Prince Charlie is/was an RSM, but I'm not sure if he's still active around here.
