Does this use the newest TGV Duplexs?

Yes, it uses the "3UA" type Euroduplex sets.

Because the new service is operated in co-operation between the DB and SNCF, I guess it is a part of the Alleo joint venture? No reports I've read have yet mentioned it and the official website has been "currently updating" for almost a year... http://www.alleo.eu/
