The old ones were put last Saturday when there was UWE services, generally they are not seen about in the week anymore.Aha.... so the reports of their demise were over-reported!!
Though clearly not gone for refurbishment. The old ones were put last Saturday when there was UWE services, generally they are not seen about in the week anymore.
What is the Pvr of the 172\3\4?Though clearly not gone for refurbishment.
Think it’s 11, iirc. What is the Pvr of the 172\3\4?
So with 903, X48 and U.W.E there should be more than enough.Think it’s 11, iirc.
Seeing as I live on the route of the 3 and 4 in Bristol I would rather have Enviro400 MMCs but, frankly, I will be happy with anything double-decker as long as it isn't a Wright StreetDeck.Just leaves the question of what will get rid of the ALX 400's left in Bristol.
Given the work to repaint and brand many of the ALXs, perhaps the 53 or 55 plate Geminis might be more likely to go sooner, having already lost 6 of the latter? So with 903, X48 and U.W.E there should be more than enough.
Just leaves the question of what will get rid of the ALX 400's left in Bristol.
A streetdeck would be better than some of whats on there.Seeing as I live on the route of the 3 and 4 in Bristol I would rather have Enviro400 MMCs but, frankly, I will be happy with anything double-decker as long as it isn't a Wright StreetDeck.

True but, having travelled on the ones on the 70 and 376, I am not a fan of the StreetDecks.A streetdeck would be better than some of whats on there.
Love the BP writing again with statement that a brief closure will have caused the delays in the area incl to the open day rather than the open day being the issue. Hardly looks a serious smashTrue but, having travelled on the ones on the 70 and 376, I am not a fan of the StreetDecks.
As far as the ALX400s are concerned I see from the Bristol Post that 32095 (KP51 WCW) had a bump with a car at the top of Blackboy Hill, Bristol this morning. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/news/bristol-news/bus-involved-collision-busy-bristol-1683495

32818, 32866, 32954, 32961 at Bridgwater. What Tridents are still operating with Buses of Somerset please?
Just leaves the question of what will get rid of the ALX 400's left in Bristol.
Many thanks for that. I wonder how much longer the first four will last.32818, 32866, 32954, 32961 at Bridgwater.
33377-82 at Taunton.
PVR is 8, I think, met by 35140-7.What's the PVR of the 90? As the remaining ALX400's could be placed on that route, making it the only route in Bristol to be soley operated with them. Just a thought.
Many thanks for that. I wonder how much longer the first four will last.
So in Bristol
1: E400mmc

Ran out of time for the rest
Tbf, ftw had done the 82 - it’s a Gemini route as it interworks with the X49South Glous Services, this is what is should be allocated:
However, anything can appear on any of the routes, quite often a ALX400 will replace Geminis or even B7RLEs. Scanias do also appear on the T2. I don't know about the 82 as I never see it, but presumably a decker of some sort.
- 46: B7RLEs
- X46: Geminis
- 47: Geminis
- X47: Geminis
- X49: Geminis
- T1: Scanias
- T2: B7RLEs or Geminis
That one never twigged, of course it is since the timetable change! As I never see it, I never really think about it.Tbf, ftw had done the 82 - it’s a Gemini route as it interworks with the X49
Not long judging by the state of 32818.
Was very down at heel last time I saw it though it had survived the trip from Bridgwater to Wells on the X75I rode on 32818 on 21 last Saturday, didn`t see any problem with it?
Well with the 3/4 it is the odd old gemini about 1 a day at the moment but some days can have 4/5 on there. Very rarely does anything else turn up on there. In terms of additions and amendments...
There are many instances of vehicles appearing on other routes. For instance, 6/7 should be ALX - Geminis will appear but hey, they can appear anywhere. Recently had them on the 5 whilst ALXs were on the 43! So the “odd Gemini” is not really an allocation but just part and parcel of the battle to meet schedules. So...
5 Darts
8/9 and 24 StreetLite - no Darts at HE
35 Dart
36 StreetLite but B7 Geminis for selected boards
37 ALX - though as with any Bath route, anything can appear (except e400H or B7LA)
50 e400 but lack of spares means one board is regularly StreetLite
90 Streetdeck
I always get confused about the Yate services so will defer to South Glos correspondents on those.

The 75/76 though really has anything and everything on! But as they are the main routes.
I'e never seen anything but a B7RLE on the 46!I've largely seen geminis on the 46 over the last couple of months but with the older single deck B7RLEs still appearing every so often.
I have seen B7RLEs a few times on there over the last fortnight.
