It's now come up as CANCELLED from PBO..

This service was cancelled throughout due to a problem with a steam locomotive (ME).

Although, it MIGHT mean it's running to March empty!!!!

There was a car stopped on the A1 (with hazards on) and a bloke with a camera taking shots from the bridge over the NVR, when I drove past at about 7pm last night.....

The tour from London to Worcester is going ahead this weekend, but with Royal Scot hauling the train. They expect to have Flying Scotsman ready for the London to York trip on Saturday 4th November.

Went on the Yorkshireman trip to York yesterday with Flying Scotsman. Pleased to say that everything went smoothly with timings and no problems with the engine or photographers on the tracks. However there was one incident at Alfreton where there was a short stop to take on water. One of the passengers got left behind when he didn’t get back on the train in time after getting off to take some photographs.
