forum glitch in Google Chrome

for a few minutes the forum seemed to be down for me, I don't know whether it was actually down or not but I couldn't connect. next thing I know the forum seems to have switched to mobile mode and I can't change it back. if anyone knows how to do this or an admin can comment it would be greatly appreciated

I am using Google Chrome on windows 7 if it helps

Yes, the Domain Name was not responding for about 11 minutes
