Updated after managing to get to Bournemouth to see 1497 and 73201 passing through.

Must say these are generally good quality phots...well done. Must pass on some top tips; I find it's all too easy just to blame the camera and not think it could be me thats not up to the job!

I noticed the afternoon trip got cut short. Went to Poole & it did not turn up

Thanks,most photos are ok but some that were to dark get lightened a little.
For every 3 shots i take probably only 1 is good enough it's basically trial and error.
Camera (dx6340)is quite good really and does what i need.

Were you on the footbridge talking on your mobile about 2pm?

Ah saw you then.
Camera ready in one hand and your mobile in the other.
Don't know what happened to 1497+73201 as it was on time earlier in the day but have a feeling that it returned from eastleigh straight to branksome depot rather then down to poole,not 100% sure though.

a Voyager was late, & there was a huge jam of trains From Soton to B'mouth because of the 2 aspect signalling
