St Peters(Sunderland)
I got the metro there most days for 3 years while I was at uni and never took a photo there...

Nice shots, when does the NMT usually run across the Tyne Valley?

thanks guys, i take the odd photo at St Peters for a bit of variety but that day the luck wasnt on my side! with the weather.

The NMT hardly ever runs via the Tyne Valley i don't think, it caught us by suprise. It only ran over Tyne Valley when the ECML was shut North of Newcastle for the GNER diversions. What puzzled us was thought that the line North of Carlisle(WCML) was shut and the G&SW I think so I don't know why the NMT ran via Tyne Valley!

I wouldn't go out and wait for it on the Tyne Valley, you may have a long wait!

Yeah, I thought as much. I'm out and about on the Tyne Valley quite a lot and have never seen it.
