Right now I am in a car next to the WCML in Abington. I have noticed that below the standard speed board reading 105, there is a EPS board reading 110/120. What do the 2 speeds mean on the board?

If I remember correctly, EPS has something to do with the tilt function on the Pendolinos and Super Voyagers. Because Pendolinos can tilt further than Voyagers (8 degrees vs 6 degrees), they are able to take corners faster, hence the three speed limits.

EPS - Enhanced Permissible Speed. Applicable to Voyagers and Pendolinos.

The slower speed applies to 221s and the faster speed applies to 390s. A 390 has a greater degree of tilt compared to a 221.
