Freight locations in Glasgow/Edinburgh

I'll be up in Glasgow and Edinburgh for a couple of days in early September, and was wondering of any recommendations for good freight photographing locations around both areas? I'd particularly like to try and get shots of the Dalston-Grangemouth empties and the Millerhill-Carlisle departmental in Glasgow (if they run!), and the Doncaster-Millerhill departmental over Edinburgh way, but anything different to the usual diet of stuff I get in the Peak District would be a bonus.

I won't unfortunately have access to a car, so will need locations near to stations if possible.
