Freight times - Blyth line

Hi
I hope someone can help. I am keen to get out photographing some locos again. I live near the Blyth - Tyne Yard line, and have passingly caught locos around Shiremoor Bypass / Northumberland Park Metro area, but don't really know times to expect these through. I know about Freightmaster for national freight times, but really only need one timetable. Can a kind soul please advise, what times do freight locos pass through, say, Northumberland Park Metro? Much appreciated in advance.
