Freightmaster is the most comprehensive. Why don't you want to use it?

Another way would be to check Yahoo groups for people's sightings, but that won't cover everything.

Wessex Rail Gen has them for Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Havant and Staines, as well as all ECS movements. However they are uploaded on the day, so if you get extra workings which are not common then these appear as well, but the dates are given so you can just delete the ones which are not common.

Roger Smith uploads them who I believe is a signalman at Bournemouth, hence why he has all this info.
