It is indeed Mike Hendrick.I will hazard a guess at the former Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire fast-medium bowler called Mike Hendrick, who could certainly get a variable bounce from some of his deliveries. I saw him play a number of times in County Cricket but never saw him when playing in Test Matches. I think he took round about 80 Test Wickets. He passed away in the same year as my wife...2021.
