Getting to Waterloo at 0430 - 0500?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone is able to give me any info about getting to Waterloo from clapham junction at around 0430 - 0500.
There is normally a service at 0444 I think, but tomorrow it says rail replacement bus. Can anyone confirm this? And if so where do you get the bus at clapham junction?
