142 will go well on the Tyne Valley.

It would indeed... shame that bvedmu says he's unlikely to complete it... IIRC, over the past two years, he was also working on Hexham - Middlesborough (sic), and Darlington - York, neither of which have been published.

I had a BETA of that and it was fantastic. Was also part created by 'TWMetro'. The BETA I had went as far as Metrocentre.

Yes, but it doesn't matter how fantastic it is if it's never published....

Very kind, mate, but the 142 is not mine! It is bvedmu's... he's registered on this formm, too, as well as the other place.... I will draw his attention to your kind offer.

Edit at 2206: the email I sent him has just bounced back as undeliverable!

Do you have a contact for this person as i really want to get this project shifted and released as it has been sat on my hardrive doing jack all for the past 2 years and alot of hard work has gone into making it and i dont want to see it go to waist lol any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for the info mate.

On another note here are a few BVE4 screenies of Hexham Middlesbrough however i have thrown the towel in on this at the moment as it is 3 1/2 hours to drive so do the math on how long it will take to code :rr: a long time to go yet havent even contemplated newcastle station. NIGHTMARE

One screenie contains an object from eezypeasy's excellent tyne vally route.

Lost!
I like that it looks really good. Just out of curiousity, is the track borrowed or made by you?

Hi londonbve

The track work is indeed borrowed and permissions will be applied for before release and the relevent author credited in the readme file.

Cheers Mike

I see a merger of Eezypeezy's route and the Hexham to Middlesborough route to produce a through Carlisle-Middlesborough roue.

Wouldn't be easy because of different objects, distances, detail levels etc.

There are very few Carlisle-Middlebrough through trains. As far as I'm aware, the crews change at Newcastle anyway, so it would be unrealistic to drive it all in one go.

Quite correct! As I've published my route over nearly two years, it's relatively easy to spot the later bits, because my modelling skills have improved over time...

Have to agree with that. Looking at your Fotopic site the later buildings, such as houses and stations, are outstanding!
