Ian Yeowart of Grand Central and Alliance Rail fame, has set up his latest OA project under the new company of Grand Union Trains / Railway.

A proposal of a frequent service between Paddington and Cardiff (and vice versa) using a Class 91, mark 4s and a DVT.

What will happen?
