What is the general consensus on GU operating between Cardiff/Llanelli and Paddington ?
- will traincrew come off the road or will recruitment be for predominantly qualified drivers/guards?
- what’s GU stance with railway pension
-where will the depots be

Rumours are rife of them using GWR & TFW crew, operating from Landore diesel depot/ Swansea and Cardiff. Adopting annual leave purchase scheme and also having Sunday as part of the working week .

I'm not sure anyone knows the answer to those questions considering that they're little more than a twinkle In Alliance Rails eye for the time being. Were they somehow to gain ORR approval then such things might become known.
