My PC is now roughly 2 years old. I'm looking to upgrade my PC's graphics card for better graphics on FS9, SimCity 4 Rush Hour etc.

I've looking at a few cheap graphics cards and I'm wondering if they are better than my current one.

Anyone know how I can tell what my current graphics card is without opening up the case? :)

Any Help Welcome :)

Yep. I have Win XP, so it might be different if you are using and dif OS.

Right.

1) Go to the Control Panel
2) Click on System
3) Go to the Hardware Tab
4) Click on device manager
5) Click on Display adapters

I suggest jotting down what it says and checking in Google (or other) to make sure its a Graphics card.

If its not, check in device manager (step 4) for anything to do with display.

Hope that helps :D

Actually, that can be wrong.

What Windows lists there is the graphical DRIVERS, not the card.

But by typing it in Google you should find the card as it lists the card as well as the drivers. :D
