Great British Railways: Effects on Open Access Operators

With the Announcement "Great British Railways" I've been wondering about what effects it will have on Open Access Operators such as Hull Trains and Grand Central?

Will OAO's continue as they are now? Or Will they be absorbed into the new GBR System?
