Great British Railways: Effects on Open Access Operators

With the Announcement "Great British Railways" I've been wondering about what effects it will have on Open Access Operators such as Hull Trains and Grand Central?

Will OAO's continue as they are now? Or Will they be absorbed into the new GBR System?

DfT hold the trade mark to the double arrow logo and it is licensed to RDG. Didn't they take it on when the residual BRB was wound up?
