Just wanted to say I claimed Delay Repay via GA today, didn't need to create an account and I received a PayPal refund within 1 hour of making the claim. Well done!

A few weeks ago I made a claim via EMR and also received the money into paypal in an hour or so.

However I've made several other claims to EMR over the past months and those all took around 1-2 weeks.

The one that paid immediately was for:
- a ticket purchased at an EMR ticket machine
- travel from the origin to the destination of the ticket (i.e. not a rover, no BOJ, not splits)
- an EMR route with a direct train

At least one of these factors was not the case for all my other claims.

Just had a claim from Great Northern for a ticket bought through Greater Anglia. Whole thing done and repaid in Amazon vouchers in 4 days. Very simple process.
