Greater Anglia - Unable to get in contact with Prosecutions

Hi All,

I received a prosecution notice in the post and have been trying to get in contact with greater anglia prosecutions team via the email as the notice suggests. However after 3 emails and including the contact centre, no one has replied!

Has anyone else had this problem? im at a loss on how to contact anyone.

Ring customer services to ask them for alternative e-mails?
Print your e-mail out if poss, post it to Greater Anglia's address, send recorded delivery?
