Got mine, I think it's rather difficult.

I'll give a clue if nobody guesses by 6pm tonight ;)

I want the Location and the Signalbox (where it came from)

I'd like to know what year it was taken. Before the HSE existed?

The line between Adwick Jn. and Applehurst Jn. (on the way towards Hatfield & Stainforth), somewhere near the ECML flyover?
Correct!!!

And the signal number is D729, and the view looking east is the ECML flyover, the view looking west is towards Adwick.

This is on the TransPennine Trail cycle route from York/Selby/Hull towards Doncaster.
Thanks :) .

Ok, let's just say it was moved about 65 miles North of it's old Location, and it's old Location has a Train Depot near it. ;)

Looks like Swithland Sidings box to me (which I'm led to believe came from Aylesbury).

I'm throwing down the gauntlet here, I wonder if anyone can guess this location...:

EDIT: The BR sign may be readable, hopefully not. Didn't see it there when I was taking the picture!

If you managed to get that without using the sign (I could guess that you'd have saved a copy onto a PC or something to check it, I can't say for sure), then well done, Pencoed is the correct answer.

I've a tougher lot saved around here somewhere, when I get the chance I'll try you guys on them.

No save-age onto computer or anything like that - to be fair, I could just about make out a 'P' on the sign, but Multimap (to find a South Wales small-ish station, probably somewhere on the 'main line' with a slight curve and level crossing) and a list of signalboxes (to confirm that there's a gatebox at this location) were more useful :) .

Anyway - how about we return to this one, since no-one seemed to get it before? :)

I have blanked out the station name.

It may look difficult but there are clues to be found.

Would do Julian, but we can't see the planes, and how are we supposed to guess the airport :?: :?
