Cool. I wasn’t 100% sure if it was....
Onwards and upwards...

Judging by the steps in the wall it must be a sloping platform ?. Rash guess Higham seeing as it looks like it is in the middle of nowhere.

I used to live in Strood but I cannot be sure those walls still exist there. They were the BR 1950s-60s (ish) standard issue concrete wall cum fence. They were never painted when I was a lad but I guess these have had the NSE/Connex colour scheme obliterated - certainly would be the case with the lamp-post !.

The logic is good and you are the closest so far but it isn’t Higham. It is in another semi rural Kent village.

Yep - took you all of five minutes. Does that mean there is a clue I did not notice ?.
Although I personally like photos like this because I stand a chance of guessing, there was a lot of the station visible and one of the station signs gives it away a bit so maybe in future post a slightly cropped version and blur out anything that would instantly give it away (if you want of course )

As FishQuinn said I could almost read the sign and given it was clearly in Glasgow/Edinburgh it didn't take long to locate it :)
