Indeed it isn't Cantley, but just as a general clue, you do have the correct train operator.Wild guess... Cantley??
That's the one! Well done!Eccles Road?

Onwards and upwards...
The logic is good and you are the closest so far but it isn’t Higham. It is in another semi rural Kent village.Judging by the steps in the wall it must be a sloping platform ?. Rash guess Higham seeing as it looks like it is in the middle of nowhere.
I used to live in Strood but I cannot be sure those walls still exist there. They were the BR 1950s-60s (ish) standard issue concrete wall cum fence. They were never painted when I was a lad but I guess these have had the NSE/Connex colour scheme obliterated - certainly would be the case with the lamp-post !.

Not there but even closer nowSole Street - I used to commute from there and it is at the top of Sole Street bank..
Not there but even closer now
Yes well done sir. It is Longfield...I had Meopham a few weeks agoLongfield - it has a void on the up side behind the wall (space for a loop/siding) which my imagination says explains the blankness in the background of the picture.
More likely than Meopham.

Jordanhill?
Although I personally like photos like this because I stand a chance of guessing, there was a lot of the station visible and one of the station signs gives it away a bit so maybe in future post a slightly cropped version and blur out anything that would instantly give it away (if you want of course )Yep - took you all of five minutes. Does that mean there is a clue I did not notice ?.
As FishQuinn said I could almost read the sign and given it was clearly in Glasgow/Edinburgh it didn't take long to locate itYep - took you all of five minutes. Does that mean there is a clue I did not notice ?.
