I see where you are going with this and I have to say that the EMT HST is a bit of an anti-clue, you wouldn't normally see one within about 40 miles of this station, though you could see EMT services, on certain weekends.
I knew it was a Northern station with a name similar in length to Burnage or shorter, or else a name similar in length to Navi Road or longer because of the sign there. Eccles was just a lucky guess I suppose, having never actually been on a stopper there (I'm always on the first stop Newton services if I'm on the Chat Moss route)
The blue on the posters does suggest an ATW station and the green paintwork is a very similar shade to the former Valley Lines colour scheme. It feels like a terminus, so I am going to have a punt at Treherbert.
That would indeed be Runcorn East. The photo quality is a bit rubbish because it was 7 in the morning and I was knackered. And I still had a full day's bash in front of me
