Does anyone have any idea why GWR is not selling any advanced fares for Saturday 10th December. This date doesn't seem to be following their standard advanced ticket sales.

I'm trying to get from PAD to EXD

Thanks

Exeter city are away, Exeter Chiefs have no fixture, Plymouth argyle home in the southwest.
No major sports events, there is something in Manchester that weekend, but no impact on GWR services.
There are no advances in the opposite direction neither on any service, ruling out a sports event as that would be one way in the morning and reverse in the afternoon, so still advances against that flow.
There are advances available on the Sunday and Friday albeit only £3 cheaper than a suitable flexible ticket!

Still awaiting timings to be uploaded. Saturday 17th is the same.

Quite poor on NRs part TBH.

There are advances available westcountry to London on the 17th. Only around £8 cheaper than a super off peak single though, so uneconomical for anyone returning.

Points to some kind of event although I can't find any details or events advertised

Yes Sat 17th opened Friday gone.

Rest of weekly bulletin regarding reservations reads......

GWR services are currently open for reservations until Fri 3rd February 2017 (T-12). Saturday services are open until 28th January 2017 and 29th January 2017 for Sunday services.

***Services operating to/from London Paddington, on Saturday 10th December, are currently unavailable for reservations and associated advance ticket sales due to revised timings not being shown in retail systems. Currently there is no estimate to when revised timings will be uploaded.

I notice that South West Trains offer advance tickets then at a range of prices, but that these all involve a bus from Axminster to Exeter.
