GWR advanced first class ticket

Later this week I will be travelling from London Paddington to Great Malvern on a first class advanced ticket. Will there be any catering on this service (departs Paddington 16:22)? Also I am not sure if first class advances are valid in the first class lounge at Paddington and the GWR website is not very helpful at saying what ticket types are so if anyone knows if advanced tickets are definitely valid in the lounge or not this would be very helpful.

It is my understanding that any first class ticket allows you to avail yourself of first class lounge facilities.

Yes, you can use Advances in the Paddington Lounge.

Here's today's 1622 Paddington-Malvern and it's showing has having a trolley.
