Did you go to Truro for your assessment?

I thought that they were only looking for ticket examiners and customer host in Penzance? I didn't see one for train despatch, tickets sales & Customer service there.

Hello I'm new to all this so I apologise, I applied for a job with GWR for the role of gate line ticket sales and despatch. I had my inter view on Tues the 16th. could anybody tell me in their experience how long after the interview they let you know the outcome it your successful. Also how do they inform the candidate, email, letter or phone. feeling very anxious so any info would be great thanks in advance.

normally a few days after you will hear back, I found back really quickly from them by email good luck!

Depends on the role, depends on the hiring manager.

I was an internal candidate, one application from start to rejection ( including an on line assessment) was a week.

The other other application, (still current) has been almost three months.

when I went for my yard team member interview, provisional offer was made on the same day! (interview was at 10 and had a call over dinner at 6!)

I went for an interview on Wed 17th and have not heard anything yet.

Was your assessment and interview at Truro station?

If it was Truro, I did ask when we were likely to hear back.
