Hi All,
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I'm curious as to why my monthly ticket as described above is always advertised as £322.60 if I buy online but seems to vary if I buy from staff at Twyford - £306.45 yesterday. I understand that this is some sort of poor performance/delay repay discount but shouldn't it be available online also?
Also, when I first started buying this season ticket I used to get it at either end depending on which was more convenient at the time, before staff at Twyford told me to not buy it at Ealing Broadway as this discount wouldn't be applied. I hadn't noticed a difference in cost before then. Is this true? If so, why? Or is there some ulterior motive to persuade me to not buy from the London end? Not sure if Ealing Broadway is TFL-run or not.
