Hastings to Ashford track gradients

Afternoon everybody, I'm new round here Keen route builder in Train Simulator 2015. I attempt to make my own 3D assets and have made some progress beyond re-skinning a few station signs.

I bought the Ian Allen Gradient profiles book hoping to discover the exact ups and downs for the Hastings to Ashford route. In the book the diagram is very faded and virtually unreadable. Would any one happen to have such a thing? Bit of a long shot I know but worth a try as I'm running out of options.

You are probably best reordering the data by ELR (column A), then Start Mileage (Column D).
