The Heathrow Connect service has returned to running direct to Heathrow Terminals 123, or as LDB shows it, HTRW342 (which is in fact the signal number for the headshunt, 342 that is).

Heathrow Connect is now showing as its own TOC in LDB (see http://nrekb.com/companies/?atocCode=HC ).

So, Heathrow Connect is now a through runner, and is indeed seeming to be a separate venture shown as its own TOC (which the SRA have allowed (wow!!!!)).

That is all for now! ;)

Heathrow Express 332001 has been repainted into Heathrow Connect colours over the weekend. The unit is expected to be used as a temporary substitute for the final 360/2 Desiro which has not yet been commissioned. Once this unit is received, each unit will return to Germany and arrive back as a five-car set, as a result the '332' will stay with Heathrow Connect until the whole fleet return in five-car formation.

I thought HC didn't serve T4. Don't you catch a HEx service from T123 to T4?

Heathrow Connect won't serve T4 until the T5 extension opens. AFAIK, T5 will be served by HEx, and Connect will serve T4.

The final HC train of each day calls at HT4.
yes, it's operated by 332 as 360 are (not?) cleared for the short platforms at T4

The 360s are shorter than the 332s! I'm convinced it is large enough for 9 cars at HT4.
